Dolphins first round draft pick grades: Vote on Ja'Wuan James selection

New, comments

The Miami Dolphins have selected Ja'Wuan James with their first pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. How do you feel about the selection?

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The Miami Dolphins have used the 19th overall selection in the 2014 NFL Draft to pick Tennessee offensive tackle Ja'Wuan James.  He should come into the team as a day one starter, but he's also someone not a lot of people immediately thought of as a first round pick.

Reports last week had the Dolphins giving him exactly that type of grade, so it really should not have been a surprise that the team selected him.  They addressed their number one need, which could free up the team to have some flexibility to address other areas of the team later on in the Draft process.

Reactions seem to be all over the place on this pick, with some hating it, while others agree with it.  Now, we turn to you for your thoughts on the pick.  We have a poll down below, and feel free to vote on whatever grade you give the pick.  You can also comment below.
