The NFL Draft is just over three weeks away. Teams are starting to lock in their big boards and, other than the occassional free agent signing, most teams' rosters are set for the selection process. For the Miami Dolphins, General Manager Dennis Hickey and Head Coach Joe Philbin will be looking to the Draft to round out the roster, filling holes and, hopefully, solving the team's needs.
