The Arizona Cardinals at a very solid 10 and 3 enter week 15 of the 2014 season with a one game lead over the surging Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West. Arizona also holds a tie with the Green Bay Packers for the NFC's home field advantage in the playoffs. The Arizona Cardinal know they must win this week to keep pace with the Seattle Seahawks who they again meet next week at home and to keep pace with the Pakers. The Cardinal lost their first meeting with Seattle this season in week 12 of the season by a score of 3 to 19.
Before the Cardinals take on the surging Seahawks they will first face the surging St. Louis Rams who have shut out their previous two opponents by a combined score of 76 to 0. The Rams are hoping to keep the shut out streak going. No team has shut out three teams in a row since 1976 when the Pittsburgh Steelers shut out the Giants, Chargers and Chiefs in order. The Rams have little to play for with their 6 and 7 record but can continue to play well, playing spoiler to others while providing something to build on going in to their 2015 season.
