Caption This: Phinsider cover edition

Something a little strange happened yesterday on The Phinsider's cover page. Apparently, everyone on the cover saw something and wanted to bring our attention to it. Why is everyone pointing, and at what are they pointing?

Are Jim Harbaugh and Tom Brady impressed with Ryan Tannehill? Is Cam Newton involved in that as well? Why is Tannehill pointing? Who knows the answer?
