Dolphins to wear all aqua on Thursday night

The Miami Dolphins will wear all aqua Thursday night against the Buffalo Bills.

Earlier this year, the Miami Dolphins held a "aqua out" event in which they asked the fans to all wear aqua to the game. The team, however, wore their normal home white uniforms. Fans had been excited about the possibility Miami would break out a rarely used all-aqua look themselves, but it was not to be that weekend.

It will be this week.

The Dolphins have announced that they will wear the all-aqua look for the first time since 2004 when they face the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football.

Miami first used the aqua jersey and aqua pants look in 2002, beating the Chicago Bears on the night the team retired Larry Csonka's jersey. They also wore the all-aqua look one time in each of the 2003 and 2004 seasons, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles and beating the Cleveland Browns in those respective seasons.

Having already lost to the Bills this season, hopefully the look's record can improve to 3-1 all time for the Dolphins.
