John Geliebter-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Giants started the year looking confused in their new offensive scheme under a new offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo. Starting quarterback Eli Manning seemed to pick up where he left off with last years struggles that saw him throw a career high 27 interceptions by throwing 4 INT's to only two scores in the first 2 games. The Giants dropped their first two games, scoring only 14 points in each contest. Somewhere between game two and three of the season the light came on for the Giants offense and they have since reeled off three victories by scores of 30 points, 45 points and 30 points. Over those same three games Manning has thrown 8 touchdowns to only one interception. They are now sitting at second place in their division, hoping to take a share of first place in the NFC East with a win over the NFC reining champs, the Philadelphia Eagles and a Cowboys loss to the Seahawks.

The Eagles started the 2014 season hoping to pick up where they left off last season. Once Nick Foles took over the starting quarterback position from Michael Vick the team seemed to take off. Foles led the league in passer rating in 2014 at 119.2 to go along with his 27 touchdowns to only two interceptions. With the Eagles offensive line and running game struggling Foles has been far less effective this season posting an 82.5 QB rating through 5 games leaving him ranked 23rd in the league. LeSean McCoy has also struggled one season after leading the league in rushing with 1,607 yard. Through 5 games this season he has only racked up 273 yards. Helping pick up some of the slack has been Darren Sproles who has 172 yards rushing for a 6.9 YPC average with two touchdowns and another 198 yards receiving including a 152 yard game on 7 catches helping secure the victory over the Colts in week two.
