Tonight marks the official kickoff game for NBC's Sunday Night Football with an NFC East showdown between two bitter rivals, the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants. The Giants hope to bounce back after a disappointing season in which they dropped three of their final five games forcing them to miss the playoffs. On the other side of the ball the Cowboys are led by Tony Romo who is under much pressure to take his team back to the playoffs following a third year in a row of missing the playoffs and of course the signing of his massive new contract (6 years/$108 million) in the off-season.
