Playing at home the Steelers hope to avoid their worst start to a season in over a decade. In the previous two games the Steelers offense has struggled to score points with a total of 19 in both contest. Despite the loss of their starting center, Maurkice Pouncey, the Steelers hope to get a boost from the return of TE Heath Miller this week after missing the first two weeks of the season. On the other side of the ball the defense has failed to have a single takeaway for the season.
The Bears come to Pittsburg following a week one and two come from behind victory. Starting QB Jay Cutler has adjusted well to the new west-coast offense despite being responsible for 4 turn overs (3 INT's and one lost fumble). On the other side of the ball the Bear's defense picked up where they left off last season that saw them lead the NFL in take away's (44) and points scored (145) on defense. They already have six take away's after two games.
