See, I'm not kidding. Madness today. Just a minute ago, word cam out that the Miami Dolphins had released fullback Evan Rodriguez. But there was no corresponding addition to the roster with that news. Now, there is. The Dolphins have claimed fullback Tyler Clutts off waivers from the Houston Texans, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan.
The Dolphins' radio voice, Jesse Agler, pointed out:
FB Tyler Clutts, reportedly claimed by Dolphins today, had 2 catches for 18 yds against Fins in preseason for HOU.

Clutts spent the 2011 season with the Chicago Bears, playing both fullback and wide receiver. He played in all 16 games, starting eight, with eight receptions for 48 yards. He appeared in 15 of 16 games last year for the Texans.
