The way too early Ryan Tannehill Approval Rating Edition

Following Sunday’s hall of fame game against the Dallas Cowboys, pundits have already started jumping on Ryan Tannehill’s back. The question I have is, do you agree?

Five passes. That's all it took for the national media to jump onto the ‘Ryan Tannehill is a bust' bandwagon. And that's not even in the regular season. We're talking about a pre-season game. Wait, let me correct myself, a pre-pre-season game. Ridiculous right? Lets take a look at what one of the pundits had to say:

1 a.m, Monday. SportsCenter.

"He looked awful; the offense looked awful," Merril Hoge said. "What I saw early on, I would be bothered if I were a coach of the Miami Dolphins."

So what did Joe Philbin think?

"I thought we'd play better, and that's obviously not the way you want to start any football game. I don't care if it's preseason, Game 1, the Super Bowl, any game in between. It was certainly a surprise that that happened."

Of course Philbin wasn't thrilled by it. His quarterback only managed to muster a forty percent completion rate, while the offense as a whole were -2 in turnovers for the entire night.

But lets not get ahead of ourselves. This is the first game the Dolphins have played in 2013. Moreover, many of the starters on offense were missing due to niggling injuries, or were just rested. Perhaps it's not even a bad thing to get this game out of the way quickly. The team can now go back and know they have a long way to go until game one of the regular season.

So this leaves me with the question, is Ryan Tannehill ready to lead the Dolphins to better times? Is Ryan Tannehill a bust? No sitting on the fence here, just a straight 'yes' or 'no' answer. Please vote below.
