Phinsider All Time Jersey Countdown - Snubs

Yesterday, we completed our countdown of the top ten Miami Dolphins uniform numbers of all time. But, everyone has an opinion of what number didn't make the list, but should have. So, which one was the biggest snub?

Joel Auerbach

We have completed our countdown of the top all time Miami Dolphins jersey numbers. Over the past week and a half, we've had a chance to look back at some of the greatest Dolphins players. But, there were some numbers who did not make the list, but may have an argument to be on the list. Today, we ask what number was the biggest snub.

Before we get there, he's a look back at the countdown:

10 - #91: Ed Judie, Mack Moore, Fred Robinson, Victor Morris, Jeff Cross, Lorenzo Bromell, Jay Williams, Vonnie Holliday, Cameron Wake;

9 - #22: Willie West, Mercury Morris, Tony Nathan, Kerry Goode, Tim McKyer, James Saxon, Shawn Wooden, Terrance Shaw, Lee Suggs, Michael Lehan, Reggie Bush

5 - #62: Jim Langer, Harry Gailbreath, Chris Gray, Fred Evans, Anthony Bryant, Ryan Cook, Johnny Jones, Chris Barker

2 - #39 (Retired): Larry Csonka

1 - #13 (Retired): Dan Marino

To explain a little about the process of how I chose the numbers. I went to multiple sites, to include Pro Football Focus, Pro-Football-Reference, NFL.com, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame sites, to see how they graded former Dolphins players. Then, I took an average of grade of EVERY player to have worn that number. So, if one great player held the number, but 18 also-rans also wore it, and all graded out as an F, then that number fell down the rankings.

Which, brings us to today's question. What number, even if a bunch of not-so-great players wore it, should have made it into the list. Here are the nominees, which are the next 10 according to my grades, in numerical order. You can vote in the poll below, and make sure you comment on who you would take out of the list.
