Last year, many Miami Dolphins fans wanted the team to draft wide receiver Marvin McNutt. Then, after the draft, they wanted him signed as an undrafted free agent. Then, they wanted him claimed off waivers when the Philadelphia Eagles released him in the last round of roster cuts.
Today, the Dolphins actually did claim McNutt off of waivers after the Eagles released him yesterday.

To make space for McNutt, the team has apparently waived/injured defensive tackle Chas Alecxih.
The Dolphins made another set of moves today as well, signing quarterback Aaron Corp. Corp started his college career with USC, but after being beaten out by Matt Barkley, he transferred to Richmond. As an NFL quarterback, Corp spent a month last year with the Buffalo Bills, then was signed this past February back to the team. After being released at the end of April, he was signed May 7 by the Dallas Cowboys, only to be released two days later.
He signed a one-year contract with the Dolphins, likely to be a camp body, throwing passes and "challenging" Pat Devlin for the third quarterback slot.
To make space for Corp, the Dolphins waived long snapper Patrick Scales, meaning two time Pro Bowl long snapper John Denney will be safe on the team.
