The Miami Dolphins have added a tight end in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Miami used the 106th overall pick to select Michigan State tight end Dion Sims.
The Dolphins don't pick again until the end of the fifth round. Their remaining picks are:
Round 5 - 164th (from San Francisco 49ers via Cleveland Browns)
Round 5 - 166th (Compensatory)
Round 7 - 250th (Compensatory)
Miami filled a needs with the Sims pick, giving them an inline, blocking tight end who can catch thanks to soft hands. The Dolphins could still be looking to add a running back or offensive lineman with any of their future picks. Look for the team to target receivers Quinton Patton or Ryan Swope at some point in the draft.
