Beebe final 2013 NFL mock draft

It's draft day, and that means it's time to hunker down and take one last look at the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

To say that the month of March was a thrilling one for Dolphins fans would be a severe understatement, but to suggest that the team's work is done would be missing the big picture. Miami still requires further talent in the secondary, on the offensive line and at tight end and receiver (maybe), but it's clear that this is a squad ready to strike fast and strike hard next season. If you're a fan, you like what you see going on in Miami, but you also need the Dolphins to put a nice, tidy bow on the offseason by bringing in multiple contributors via the draft.

Speaking of the draft, the Dolphins are poised to select seven times within the first five rounds (one 1, two 2s, two 3s, a 4 and two 5s). And given that the offensive line and cornerback classes are arguably the two strongest groups available this spring, Miami can afford to get aggressive and swing for the fences with its No. 12 overall selection. Will that happen, though? Maybe. Let's take a look at how the first round of this year's draft could shape up.
