The Miami Dolphins have set a release date for the new team logo and uniform, according to the Palm Beach Post's Ben Volin. In an event scheduled for April 18, 2013, the team will unveil the new look heading into the 2013 NFL season. What that event will be, and what the logo will be, are still unknown.
The date is exactly one week prior to the NFL Draft in New York.
The new logo has been a closely guarded secret by the Dolphins organization, with very few people getting a chance to see the team's future look. Most of the speculation for the new logo surrounds this "leaked" possibility:
The team has denied it, but the rumors and speculation continue to swirl around it, at least as it being a draft version of the final logo. Of course, no one knows for sure.
But, we will see the final version one month from today.
