The 2013 Super Bowl was this past Sunday, which means it's time to forget about last season and starting thinking about next season. It really should surprise no one that there are already odds on next year's Super Bowl champions. And, unfortunately, the Miami Dolphins are not the favorites.
Gambling website Bovada.lv has posted the odds for all 32 teams heading into next year. The early favorite are the Denver Broncos at 7/1. Just a little behind them, at 15/2, the New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers, who lost this year's Super Bowl, are tied for the second best odds. The Green Bay Packers take fourth place, at 10/1, while the newly crowned Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens and the Seattle Seahawks round out the top five at 12/1.
Way down in a tie with the 22nd best odds are the Miami Dolphins, coming in at 50/1. Tied with the Dolphins are the Carolina Panthers, the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Rams, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The longest odds to win next year's championship are the Jacksonville Jaguars, at 150/1.
