The Chicago Bears travel to Green Bay this evening to take on the Packers. The Bears will hit the field short handed with starting quarterback Jay Cutler and linebacker Lance Briggs both sidelined with injuries. To compound the Bears woes they have lost their last six game to the Packers and their last five at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. On the other hand the Packer have won 11 straight home games as well as 20 of it's previous 22 contest against NFC North opponents. The Bears have also lost 3 of their previous 4 games.

Bears back-up quarterback Josh McCown will make his first start since the final two games of 2011. The Packers are not without notable injuries. Green Bay starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be without three of his starters, Jemichael Finley, James Jones and Randall Cobb. Packers wide out Jordy Nelson has stepped up, posting two 100 yard games in their previous three games. Sophomore receiver Jerrett Boykin has also stepped up nicely for Green Bay with 192 yards of his own in the previous two games.
