NFL Week 12 Power Rankings: New team at the top

The NFL's Week 11 scheduled ended last night as the Carolina Panthers downed the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football. No matter what you think of the pass interference/non-pass interference call at the end of the game, Carolina came out with the win, earning them a spot in the top three of our Week 12 NFL Power Rankings.

3	Panthers	6	+3	W, 24-20 vs New England	Carolina's wining streak extended to six thanks to...Ted Ginn?
4	Saints	5	+1	W, 23-20 vs San Francisco	Was not their typical home field avantage win, but it is still a win.
5	Chiefs	1	-4	L, 27-17 at Denver	They were not going to go undefeated, but the question is, how do they respond now?
6	Patriots	4	-2	L, 24-20 at Carolina	It may or may not have been pass interference - but it definitely is an L.
7	Bears	9	+1	W, 23-20 OT vs Baltimore	What a completely strange game. But, a win over the defending Super Bowl champs is always nice.
8	Lions	7	-1	L, 37-27 at Pittsburgh	Well, being all alone atop the NFC North was fun while it lasted. Back into a tie with Chicago.
9	49ers	8	-1	L, 23-20 at New Orleans	Only allowing Drew Brees and New Orleans to score 23 in the Superdome is actually pretty impressive.
10	Colts	13	+3	W, 30-27 at Tennessee	Sneaking past Tennessee is not exactly reassuring. The offense looks off.
11	Bengals	15	+4	W, 41-20 vs Cleveland	Well, that was an emphatic way to make sure everyone knows you are the top team in the AFC North.
12	Eagles	16	+4	W, 24-16 vs Washington	It may not be the "Chip Kelly" offense, but it's working.
13	Cardinals	18	+5	W, 27-14 at Jacksonville	Things you weren't expecting: Arizona is tied with San Francisco for 2nd in the NFC West after Week 11.
14	Browns	11	-3	L, 41-20 at Cincinnati	Where did the Cleveland defense go? That loss moved Cleveland from second to fourth in the division.
15	Packers	12	-3	L, 27-13 at New York (N)	Yeah, Aaron Rodgers is needed.
16	Ravens	14	-2	L, 23-20 OT at Chicago	Mother nature turned out the lights in the middle of the game. Baltimore couldn't match the Super Bowl's lighting delay with a win in Chicago.
17	Cowboys	17	---	BYE	Do you think the 32nd pass defense and 28th rush defense misses Rob Ryan?
18	Giants	19	+1	W, 27-13 vs Green Bay	0-6 start, followed by a 4 game winning streak. Somehow, New York really is back in the NFC East race.
19	Jets	10	-9	L, 37-14 at Buffalo	This happened. Then it got worse.
20	Rams	20	---	BYE	Coming out of the bye to face Chicago, San Francisco, Arizona, and New Orleans over the next four weeks. Ouch.
21	Dolphins	24	+3	W, 20-16 vs San Diego	After a miserable week, Miami came out and won a game they had to win, keeping themselves in the playoff hunt.
22	Buccaneers	27	+5	W, 41-28 vs Atlanta	Tampa Bay started 0-8, and are not in last place in their division anymore.
23	Bills	28	+5	W, 37-14 vs New York (A)	Thank you!
24	Steelers	29	+5	W, 37-27 vs Detroit	Kept Pittsburgh at 29 last week because I didn't know what to do with them. This week, I know to move them up.
25	Titans	23	-2	L, 30-27 vs Indianapolis	A two game losing streak, and a new quarterback, yet the Titans are still two games ahead of third place in the division. That's go to mean something.
26	Chargers	22	-4	L, 20-16 at Miami	The passing offense is awesome. The rest of the team, not so much.
27	Raiders	31	+4	W, 28-23 at Houston	Matt McGloin?
28	Vikings	25	-3	L, 41-20 at Seattle	Percy Harvin came back and sparked the offense. Too bad he plays for Seattle now.
29	Redskins	26	-3	L, 24-16 at Philadelphia	Maybe Washington is just trying to make sure St. Louis gets as good a draft pick as possible from the RG3 trade.
30	Falcons	21	-9	L, 41-28 at Tampa Bay	Okay, I give in. Atlanta is just bad.
31	Jaguars	30	-1	L, 27-14 vs Arizona	They may be behind Houston in the standings, but they have won more recently.
32	Texans	32	---	L, 28-23 vs Oakland	Eight straight losses. Somehow, even a great defense can't get Houston a win.
