The Miami Dolphins received the opening kickoff and went three and out. When the defense came on the field, joining them was defensive end Cameron Wake.
Wake missed his first game since 2001, when he was Derek Wake at Penn State, last week when his sprained MCL sidelined him against the New Orleans Saints. Wake injured the knee against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3, missing the majority of the game because of it.
In five years in the NFL, Wake has tallied 45.5 sacks and 170 tackles. If he is able to tally 14 or more sacks this season, he will be just the second player in NFL history to reach 14+ sacks in three of his first five years, joining Reggie White.
Wake has been limited in practice the past two weeks.
