According to reports last night and early this morning, the Miami Dolphins appeared ready to start left tackle Bryant McKinnie just days after acquiring him via trade from the Baltimore Ravens. The Dolphins are facing the New England Patriots in the 1pm ET time slot today.
At the game, the Dolphins beat writers seem to be confirming those early reports:
Bryant McKinnie is indeed the starting left tackle today, and Jonathan Martin is the starting right tackle. McKinnie looks faster today.
