DE Dion Jordan (1st Round Pick, 3rd overall). Grade: C-

The expected increase in playing time in Cameron Wake's absence didn't happen. Jordan played just 23 defensive snaps, mostly in the nickel pass rush package.

A single quarterback hurry and single tackle was all Jordan offered on an otherwise forgettable night.

Season GPA: 2.35

CB Jamar Taylor (2nd Round Pick, 54th overall). Grade: D

That's a rough way to begin your NFL career.

Taylor gave up a long touchdown on a double move by Saints tight end Jimmy Graham on his first career defensive series. It was the rookie's first action since recovering from a sports hernia injury that sidelined him for the first three games and most of training camp.

You almost can't blame him for surrendering that touchdown, but his mediocre work during the rest of the night earns him a low grade for his debut.

Season GPA: 1.0

OL Dallas Thomas (3rd Round Pick, 77th overall). Grade: I (Incomplete)

Inactive again.

Season GPA: N/A

CB Will Davis (3rd Round Pick, 93rd overall). Grade: I (Incomplete)

During the week, it was considered a possibility that Davis would be making his debut alongside Taylor, but he was declared inactive for the fourth consecutive game.

Season GPA: N/A

LB Jelani Jenkins (4th Round Pick, 104th overall). Grade: D+

Jenkins was responsible for a touchdown in coverage when his man, tight end Ben Watson, stayed in to block momentarily before leaking out for a pass in the flat. The rookie didn't notice until the ball was out, and couldn't recover in time to stop Watson from diving into the endzone.

Jenkins made no other noteworthy impact.

Season GPA: 1.65

Dion Sims (4th Round Pick, 106th overall). Grade: C-

Sims dropped the only pass thrown his way, a deep seam route down the middle that was perfectly placed but went right through his hands.

Other than that, Sims was mostly a spectator, with his playing time becoming a casualty of Miami's need to pass the ball to try to catch up on the scoreboard.

Season GPA: 2.1

RB Mike Gillislee (5th Round Pick, 164th overall). Grade: I (Incomplete)

Inactive yet again.

Season GPA: N/A

K Caleb Sturgis (5th Round Pick, 166th overall). Grade: A

Sturgis did his job, hitting his only field goal attempt.

Season GPA: 4.0

DB Don Jones (7th Round Pick, 250th overall). Grade: D

Jones has been a solid contributor on special teams for Miami, but not this night. He missed a tackle on a Darren Sproles punt return and cost his team penalty yards when he voluntarily went out of bounds on another punt.

Season GPA: 2.5
