Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush bruised his knee during Sunday's game against the New York Jets. After Bush was forced to sit out the entire second half of the game, fans feared Bush's knee injury may have been season-threatening. However, Monday an MRI showed no structural damage, and Bush has come out and said he plans on playing this Sunday.

However, during today's practice, Bush was primarily on the sidelines, working with trainers rather than on the field with the team. According to Brian Biggane, from the Palm Beach Post, Bush initially rode the stationary bike on the sideline, before joining the team for stretching. As the team moved into offense against defense drills, Bush returned to the sideline, before doing some rope ladder jogging.

Biggane also reported that defensive tackle Tony McDaniel and linebacker Austin Spitler worked on the sidelines today. McDaniel has missed each of the last two games due to a knee injury.

The NFL will release official practice reports later today.
