Giants at Panthers Thursday Night Football Game Thread

New, comments

The New York Giants face the Carolina Panthers tonight, kicking off the NFL's Week 3 action. The Giants come in to this game with a 1-1 record, one game behind the NFC East leading Philadelphia Eagles. Carolina mirrors the Giants' 1-1 record, with the Panthers sitting behind the Atlanta Falcons by a game in the NFC South.

The Giants are coming into this game horribly banged up, but are also coming off a 510-yard passing performance from Eli Manning. The Giants currently have wide receivers Hakeem Nicks and Domenik Hixon and running back Ahmad Bradshaw out of the game, while cornerbacks Prince Amukamara and Michael Poe are listed as questionable for tonight.

Meanwhile, the Panthers are coming off a 35-27 win over the New Orleans Saints, and are currently seventh in the league in passing yards. They also don't have nearly the injury problems as the Giants, with the only real entry being running back Jonathan Stewart, who is listed as probable.

As usual, don't post any pictures in this thread - they only slow it down. And do not request or post links to illegal internet streams of the game (instant temporary ban if you do).
