Last night, the Miami Dolphins made their debut on the HBO series Hard Knocks. While fans all reacted positively to the show, there is at least one Dolphins player who may not be as pleased about the show as everyone else. Ryan Tannehill may want to have a talk with the HBO producers - after he changes his cell phone numbers.
As spotted by DeadSpin.com, HBO released Tannehill's phonenumber last night. During the show, the HBO crew showed a picture of general manager Jeff Ireland's computer screen. The screen was showing the Player Enterprise Management System (PEMS), a league wide system to track players, their performance, and their status with the team. Also included in the system are things like the player's adress, combine scores, and, oh, yeah, phone number.
So, as the picture on Deadspin shows, you can also see things on the screen like Tannehill's body fat (12.4%) and Wonderlick test score (34), but obviously the most private thing for Tannehill was his cell phone number.
While we all expected Tannehill to play a major role on the show, the cameo of his cell phone number wasn't expected.
