Last night, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson was arrested for allegedly head butting his new bride. Evelyn Lozada and Johnson were married on July 4, and, just over a month later, Johnson was in jail on domestic battery charges. Which brings us to the point of this thread.
What should the Miami Dolphins do next?
The team has already demonstrated a desire to get rid of "troublemakers," trading 2012 Pro Bowl MVP Brandon Marshall to the Chicago Bears for two, third-round, draft picks. Now, with Johnson getting himself arrested, the team could be looking to release the 34-year-old new comer to Miami.
What do you think the Dolphins should do? Should they cut Johnson? Should they wait to see what the NFL does with him, given he has never had any legal problems before this? Should the team suspend him for a portion of the preseason? Suspend him for a portion of the regular season? Nothing at all?
