The Miami Dolphins are closing in on a contract agreement with third round draft pick, tight end Michael Egnew. Earlier today, the team signed fellow third rounder, defensive end Olivier Vernon.
The Miami Dolphins are presently working to finalize a deal with TE Michael Egnew, who like Olivier Vernon was also a 3rd Rd pick.

Vernon's deal with the Dolphins is a four-year contract with $2.8 million, and includes a $638,080 signing bonus. Vernon was selected six picks earlier than Egnew.
Along with these two players, the Dolphins still need to sign first round pick, the eighth overall selection, quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Tannehill is the last first round quarterback to sign, and his contract should be fairly simnple to complete. Mark Barron, Tampa Bay's seventh overall draft choice, signed a four-year, $14.5 million contract. Behind Tannehill, the ninth overall pick Luke Kuechly signed a four-year, $12.58 million deal with the Carolina Panthers. WIth the frameworkin in place around him, Tannehill should end up with a four-year deal, in the $13.5 million range
