Most everyone is all about Miami Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland right now, and it's easy to see why--his 2012 draft brought a boatload of speed, size and brains to South Florida. Oh, and he drafted Miami's first first-round quarterback (Ryan Tannehill) since Dan Marino in 1983.
