Yesterday, the Indianapolis Colts released quarterback Peyton Manning, and the media - and fan - hysteria has been hitting an all time high. Manning is easily the best free agent to hit the open market since Reggie White in 1993. In less than 24-hours following Manning's release, 12 teams had already reached out to the 11-time Pro Bowl quarterback.
Manning, meanwhile, is trying to figure out exactly how the free agent process works. Yesterday, following his release, Manning stated, "I have no idea who wants me, what team wants me, how this process works. I don't know if it's like college recruiting where you go take visits. I mean, this is all so new to me."
Fox's Jay Glazer tweeted earlier today that teams are hoping Manning figures out the process quickly.
