Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake has been named a starter on the 2013 AFC Pro Bowl team. Wake is the only Dolphins player to make the squad.

This will be Wake's second appearance in the Pro Bowl after he was named to the 2010 Pro Bowl following a season where he recorded 14 sacks that season. His 15 sacks in 2012 is a career high.

In addition, Wake recorded 49 tackles and three forced fumbles for the Dolphins this season. His highlight came early in the year against Arizona where he had 4.5 sacks against the Cardinals, and a sack in each of the next four games.

Miami will be one of three AFC East teams represented in the Pro Bowl. New England leads the division with seven invitees, while the New York Jets have two. San Francisco led all NFL teams with nine Pro Bowl invitees.

Miami is currently 7-8 and finishes its regular season this Sunday against the New England Patriots.
