The Miami Dolphins have taken a 7-0 lead on the Buffalo Bills after a 17-yard touchdown pass from rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill to running back Reggie Bush. The Dolphins drive started after Sean Smith forced a fumble that Reshad Jones recovered.
Bush took a short swing pass to the right of the offense, and ran down the sideline for the score. The play was reviewed, with it appearing Bush's right foot stepped out of bounds just as he dove for the pylon, but the play was confirmed.
Kicker Nate Kaeding, who joined the Dolphins this week after Dan Carpenter was placed on injured reserve, connected on the extra point to cap the touchdown. Kaeding had a field goal attempt blocked earlier in the game, his first field goal attempt with the Dolphins.
The touchdown came at the end of a nine play, 62 yards drive that last 4:18.
