Sunday Morning Miami Dolphins/Phinsider Poll:What Did You REALLY Expect Edition

As many pointed out to me last week the question "Given what you have seen out of Ryan Tannehill so far he is?" was an impossible question to answer. I of course knew this but just so many can see a guy in college and declare his future greatness or future as a bust we have something to go off of now in order to base an opinion of what we "think" we have of course knowing that none of us know anything for sure yet. With that 48% (127 votes) believed that we have a very good QB in the making but not an elite QB. 31% (82 votes) think that we have an elite QB in the making on our hands. Lets all hope that this is the one that proves to be true when all is said and done. 13% (34 votes) of you believe that Ryan's future is that of just an average QB.

The rest if the voting went as follows- 3% (8 votes) voted for "Another draft bust in the making.", 1% (4 votes) went to "I'm just a troll so I don't care either way... (nice come back by the troll contingency following the previous troll free poll), 1% (3 votes) picked "A below average QB in the making.", lastly 0% (2 votes) selected "A career backup in the making."

This weeks question is based on a lot of the reaction from the Dolphins fans in the last few weeks. We all knew that we were heading in to this season with a new head coach, two new coordinators, a slew of new positions coaches and a new starting quarterback as well as a few other new players here and there. This of course was going to be a year of growing pains or at least I thought that was what most of us though. Were we then lured in by a few quick wins at the beginning of the season following the whipping on opening day? I for one would have said much better then 8 and 8 at the beginning of the year was unrealistic given all of the "new" that we had to contend with. So my question is- What, in all honesty, did you expect the Dolphins record to be this year before the season begun?
