It's Thanksgiving time folks! Enjoy it! Eat lots of food and fall asleep watching football on Thursday.
Let's take a look at what the other AFC East teams did this weekend:
BUFFALO BILLS
As we all know, the Buffalo Bills beat the Miami Dolphins 19-14 on Thursday Night Football.
It seemed Ryan Fitzpatrick was finding an open receiver every time he dropped back. However, some of his throws were very erratic and if they were completed, Buffalo may have had more points. Fitzpatrick ended the night 17/27 for 168 yards. Stats that won't pop out at you. The Dolphins defense shut the Bills offense down in the red-zone.
Without Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller saw a lot of time. However, the Bills took him out when they got down into the red-zone. Spiller had 22 touches for 91 yards and no touchdowns. He also had 3 catches for 39 yards.
The Bills seemed like they were open all night. Stevie Johnson had 6 catches for 79 yards. Scott Chandler had 2 receptions for 30 yards.
The Bills take on the Indianapolis Colts next.
NEW YORK JETS
The New York Jets took on the St. Louis Rams. The Jets would end up winning 27 - 13.
Mark Sanchez looked good for once. 15/20, 178 yards, and one touchdown.
Sanchez got a lot of help from his backs. Shonn Greene had 18 touches for 64 yards. Bilal Powell had 11 touches for 42 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Chaz Schilens led the team with 4 receptions, yards with 48, and touchdowns, with 1. Jeremy Kerley had 3 receptions for 43 yards.
The Jets play against division rivals, the New England Patriots, next.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
The New England Patriots took on the Indianapolis Colts and destroyed them, 59 -24.
Tom Brady went 24/35, 331 yards, and 3 touchdowns. Again, not much to say about this guy.
Shane Vereen had 11 carries for 40 yards and one touchdown. Steven Ridley had 13 carries for 28 yards and 1 touchdown.
Rob Gronkowski had 7 receptions for 137 yards and 2 touchdowns. A tight end in his own league, Gronk suffered a broken forearm and will be out 4-6 weeks. Wes Welker had 7 receptions for 80 yards, but no touchdown.
The Patriots take on a division rival next, the New York Jets
