Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who has taken every offensive snap for the Dolphins this season, limped off the field after being sacked by the New York Jets' Calvin Pace in the first quarter today. Tannehill limped off the field, and is being treated on the sideline.
Second string quarterback Matt Moore has entered the game as Tannehill's replacement. No word on how long Tannehill could miss. The Dolphins are listing his return as questionable.
The Jets went three-and-out on their next drive, giving Tannehill little time to recover.
More news as it's available. The Dolphins currently lead the Jets 3-0 in the first period. Miami scored on their opening drive, then recovered an onside kick to get a second drive, but were forced to punt after the Tannehill sack.
