The Miami Dolphins return after the bye this week, playing the New York Jets for the second time this season. Here's the NFL's Week 8 schedule with our contributors' weekly winners picks.

Thursday Night Football continues tonight with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers facing the Minnesota Vikings. With the game coming up, here is a run down of the picks for our writers in NFL Week 8.

Last week was a miserable week for our picks, with BSerious winning at 9&5, with second place going to Texascowpunk at 7&7. Well, this week 9&4 was the bottom of the barrel, coming from our overall leader KDog92. Tex won the week with a 12&1 performance, missing just the Tennessee defeating the Buffalo. I came in second at 11&2 (meaning my best performance of the year still was not good enough to win a week), while BSerious and SB Nation's Joel Thorman both went 10&3.

With that one missed game performance, Tex has jumped out to a one game lead in the overall standings, with a 63&41 record. BSerious fell to one game back, while KDog, who has led most of the season, fell to two games back. Thorman has a 58&46 record, putting him five games behind Tex, while I continue to lag behind everyone at 56&48.
