Miami Dolphins Week 16 Game Ball

It's time to start getting the site back to normal after the holiday - and we start that with the Miami Dolphins' Week 16 game ball. I will admit up front - I never got a chance to see this game, so I am going by box score. If I missed someone who did not dominate a box score stat, please let me know in the comments below.

I have three nominees for this week's game ball.

Nominee #1 - Reggie Bush. Bush ran for 113 yards on 22 carries this week. Maybe more importantly, the performance gave Bush his first 1,000 yard season of his career, and the 12th in Miami Dolphins history. Bush's milestone also marked the first time in team history that a Dolphins player ran for 1,000 yards in the same season they had a 1,000 yard receiver. That receiver is....

Nominee #2 - Brandon Marshall. Marshall caught 7 passes for 156 yards and a touchdown this week. He gained 18 yards more than Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker, despite Welker catching five more passes.

Nominee #3 - Brian Hartline. Hartline seems to be a forgotten portion of the Dolphins offense as of late, but came back this past week. He grabbed four passes for 72 yards, including a long reception of 39 yards. While it may not have added up to Marshall's totals, the fact that Hartline was a threat in the passing game is a huge step in the right direction for an offense desperately needing a number two receiver to emerge

Now, you get to decide. Vote below for your game ball of Week 16.
