Miami Dolphins Reggie Bush and Brandon Marshall Set Team Milestone

With his 113 yards rushing against the New England Patriots yesterday, Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush reached the 1,000 yard plateau for the first time in his career. Bush, who came into the season with one career 100-yard rushing game, has 4 this season, including three-straight 100-yard days.

But, maybe most impressive is the milestone Bush hitting the 1,000 yard mark meant for the Dolphins. According to the Miami Dolphins website:

"RB Reggie Bush (1,086 rushing yards) and WR Brandon Marshall (1,177 receiving yards) became the first duo in team history to go over the 1,000 yards in rushing and receiving respectively"

With the history of the Dolphins franchise, and the great players this team has had, the fact that it took 45 years, and a running back no one else in the league thought could be a feature back, this accomplishment becomes even more impressive.
