Noteworthy for this game, if the Dolphins win today, the Bills will be in last place in the AFC East. The two teams will both have 5-9 records, with Miami having swept the season series. As bad as this year has been, it's possible the Dolphins could move out of the cellar today.

Oakland currently leads the AFC West by one game over the Denver Broncos, and are coming into Miami on a three game winning streak. The Dolphins dropped their last game, on Thanksgiving at Dallas, but have won their last two in Miami. Miami has been playing much better football over the last month than they did during the first eight weeks of the season. The Raiders, meanwhile, are getting into rhythm with Carson Palmer under center, and are looking to make the playoffs for the first time in nine years.

These two teams always seem to play memorable games, like the Dolphins debut in 1966, the Dolphins rushing for 266-yards in the 1973 AFC Championship game (sending Miami to their third straight Super Bowl), the 1974 "Sea of Hands" Divisional Playoff game, Dan Marino's debut in 1983, and, of course, the 2001 Jay Fiedler come back game.

Notable: this game marks Jason Taylor's 200th game as a Dolphin.

Arrowhead Stadium is always one of the hardest places to play.  It's loud.  It's rambunctious.  It's just plain crazy.  I used to live in the Kansas City area - Arrowhead is awesome.  And, with the Chiefs on the 4-game win streak they are currently enjoying, the crowd will be even more amped. It's going to be loud and rocking in Kansas City today.
