Kevin Nogle joined the Phinsider in 2008, adding comments to threads before working up to his first Fan Post, posting as Mosul_DolFan. Over time, he became a regularly Front Paged author of Fan Posts before joining the team as a contributing author in 2010 and editor in 2011. When the position of managing editor opened up, Nogle was the first choice to replace the site's founder. He has held the position since August 2011. Nogle is an active duty Officer in the United State Army, and has been deployed to Iraq twice. It was during the second of those deployment when he found the Phinsider.
During his Owners Meeting media availability, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell discussed several topics. One of those, the future of the NFL Draft, included the league possibly looking for a new venue.
According to reports today, Miami Dolphins rookie cornerback Jamar Taylor had surgery today to repair a sports hernia. He is expected to be ready in time for training camp this summer.
