We had heard that Vance Joseph was the leading candidate to replace Gary Kubiak and it would appear that was correct. The former Dolphins defensive coordinator was hired yesterday to be the head coach of the Broncos. Joseph was brought onto Adam Gase's staff when Gase was first hired and this was his first season as a defensive coordinator. The players loved playing for him and he was brutally honest. Don't let the defensive stats fool you, everyone in the Dolphins organization and most around the league will tell you that Joseph is a great coach. Look for linebackers coach Matt Burke to be promoted to DC.
