We bring back our annual look at the Miami Dolphins' roster heading into training camp, a series we call 90-in-90. Over the next 90 days (or a few more as roster changes happen), we will take a look at each individual player on the roster, review what they did in 2014 either in the NFL or in college, then take a look at how they might progress or regress this season, and the chances that player will make the roster.
CHRIS MARTIN
2014 Review:
2014 was Martin's first season in the NFL. Hespent time with New England, Houston and San Francisco as a rookie last season but did not play in a game
The Dolphins signed him to a one year contract on Tuesday, June 28.
Why he might progress:
Martin is a converted tight end who brings intriguing athleticism to the offensive line.
Saw both tackle spots at UCF.
Raw, but the potential could be there.
Why he might regress:
Doesn't have the best chance of making the roster.
Will likely remain a practice squad member for a team.
Chances he makes the 53-man roster:
Will be fighting for a depth spot, but I don't see him making the roster. Could be added to the team's practice squad.
So how do you think Chris Martin will do this season? Does he make your roster? Feel free to discuss below.
