Not a happy fan!

I don't understand the Dolphins organization. You bring in good, young talent and don't give them a shot before shipping them off. Somebody needs to know how to recruit and develop good talent instead of releasing it to soon. We seem to have great talent right in our own backyard, but our homegrown talent end up playing on other teams. Whose bright idea was it to think about trading off Dion Jordan? Certain people should be able to spot real talent. I guess it was a bright idea to trade off Reggie Bush too, right? One step forward, two steps back. The madness needs to stop.
