The Miami DOlphins have traded back for the second time in tonight's 2014 NFL Draft. The team moved back to the 63rd position after giving the 57th pick to the San Francisco 49ers.
The Dolphins had originally traded back with the San Diego Chargers. The Dolphins moved from the 50th pick back to the 57th pick. The team also received pick 125 (4th round) from San Diego in return.
Now they move from 57 to 63. They also pick up pick 171 from the 49ers.
These moves comes as the Dolphins were watching most of their potential draft targets get selected ahead of them. The team could have still selected potential targets like tight end Jace Amaro or defensive tackle Louis Nix III. Instead, they will wait seven more selections.
After the 63rd pick, Miami holds the 81st overall pick as their next selection, coming mid-way through the third round, which will be held later tonight. The full list of the Dolphins selections are:
