The Buffalo Bills threw the first curveball of the 2014 NFL Draft, trading up with the Cleveland Browns to the fourth overall selection. To make the move, the Bills sent the Browns their 9th overall pick this year, along with their fourth round pick, as well as their first round pick in 2015.
The Bills selected Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins with the pick.
