My Dolphins Story-Line, Sep 7 2014

Sep 7 2014, 4p

The Miami Dolphins won their opener against division rival, New England Patriots today. Bolstered by a revamped offensive line which allowed zero quarterback sacks and a resurgent pass rush which sacked Patriots quarterback Tom Brady 3 times and recorded numerous pressures throughout four quarters of sometimes sloppy opening day football.

Now how cool would that be? My guess is the Dolphins will do well at pressuring the quarterback and protecting their own quarterback early. These units should come into the season healthy with a lot to prove - those are pretty good variables especially early in the year. I'd also expect the offense to be sloppy at times considering the Dolphins are expected to run a very different system than they ran in the last two seasons, but the defense led by Jordan, Wake and (gulp) Tripp will bail the team out just enough to tip the balance in the Dolphins favor.

I'd really enjoy hearing the Sep 7 2014, 4p story lines others in the community might predict! Please add your comments.
