The Miami Dolphins are deep into their NFL Draft prep, with the selection process just 27 days away. General Manager Dennis Hickey and Head Coach Joe Philbin, along with the entire scouting staff, have been reviewing tapes, watching Pro Days, and visiting with prospects. Today, two more prospects are visiting with the team in Davie, Florida.
Auburn RB Tre Mason and Wisconsin RB James White are also at Davie today working out with the Dolphins.

Mason spent three seasons with the Auburn Tigers, tallying 2,979 yards on 516 carries with 32 touchdowns. He finished fourth in Heisman Trophy voting this year and was named the SEC's Offensive Player of the Year after leading the conference in carries (317), yards (1,816), rushing touchdowns (23), and total touchdowns (25).
White played four years at Wisconsin, totaling 4,015 yards on 643 carries with 45 touchdowns. He added 73 receptions for 670 yards and three touchdowns over that span, with the majority of those coming in 2013 (39 receptions, 300 yards, 2 touchdowns). He was fifth in the Big Ten in carries (221), fourth in rushing yards (1,444), third in rushing touchdowns (13), and second in total yards from scrimmage (1,744).
The Dolphins added free agent running back Knowshon Moreno this offseason, signing the former Denver Broncos starter to a one-year contract. He is expected to compete with Lamar Miller for the starting position in South Florida next season, while reports have said the team could still be looking to select a running back in the later rounds of the Draft. With both Mason and White in Miami today, it appears that is absolutely a possibility.
