Hey guys. I'm new to this blog but I just wanted to thank everyone that watched my 2013 Dolphins videos: both the 58 sacks and Ryan Tannehill's 24 touchdown passes. I created those videos and will create others to spark discussion, spur debates and continue dialogue about our favorite team. If you like those videos, please take the time to like them on YouTube whenever possible.
My latest video focuses on Ryan Tannehill's pocket awareness. Tannehill demonstrated the ability to avoid negative plays by buying time in the pocket, escaping the pocket to extend plays and scrambling to gain positive yardage at times. However, he was not always consistent. If Tannehill can improve upon his decision making (and avoid negative plays and turnovers, in general) I believe the Dolphins can contend for a playoff spot in 2014. One of the things that makes me excited about Bill Lazor's offense was his ability to maximize production and limit negative plays from the QB position in Philadelphia (especially when Nick Foles took over the starting job). My hope is that Tannehill can take the next step in his development by becoming more consistent in this important area of his game.
Thanks for your time.
