Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito spent the second half of the 2013 NFL season suspended by the team after allegations of player misconduct from Jonathan Martin sufaced. Today, he used Twitter to get some things off his chest.

As the Miami Dolphins and the NFL get closer to the release of the Ted Wells investigation into bullying allegations that have swirled since Jonathan Martin left the team in October, more and more reactions seem to be flying. Today, guard Richie Incognito, at the center of Martin's allegations, took to Twitter with some thoughts:
