The Miami Dolphins have fired, or mutually agreed to a separation with, general manager Jeff Ireland after six seasons with the team. Sounds like Farmer is not settled on whether or not to take the Dolphins' interview. Armando Salguero continues to tweet that John Wooten of Fritz Pollard Alliance told Farmer to take the interview. Said Farmer is concerned about exactly what the Dolphins' structure will be. Wooten told him to take the interview and ask exactly how the team will be laid out. A follow on interview is not ruled out.
