NFL Draft Grades: Phinsider Community Grades the Dolphins Draft

USA TODAY Sports

The 2013 NFL Draft is over, and the Miami Dolphins came away with nine picks. How do you grade the selections?

The 2013 NFL Draft gave the Miami Dolphins nine new players. Like everyone around the web is doing right now for all 32 teams, it's time for the Phinsider Community to weigh in on the Dolphins' selections. How do you grade their picks? Was it a perfect selection process? Do you not understand it at all? Weigh in below.

The Dolphins started the draft with 11 picks. They used two of those to move up nine spots in the first round and selected defensive end Dion Jordan. In the second round, they selected cornerback Jamar Taylor, followed by a third round pick of offensive lineman Dallas Thomas, a trade out of the third round, then back into the round, and a selection of cornerback Will Davis.

In the fourth round, Miami added linebacker Jelani Jenkins and tight end Dion Sims. Then in the fifth round, they added running back Mike Gillislee and kicker Caleb Sturgis. They ended the draft with a seventh round selection of cornerback Don Jones.

Included in the consideration of the draft also has to be the team's trading of Davone Bess to the Cleveland Browns, since it happened during the selection process and led to picks changing hands. The Dolphins clearly wanted to dump Bess, and, in the end, they did not gain a lot in the way of picks for him.

What do you think of the Dolphins' draft? Vote in the poll and let us know in the comments as well.
