Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Randy Starks has just signed his franchise tender worth $8.45 million. Until Starks signed the contract, the Dolphins technically could have revoked the tag at any time. Now, for the Dolphins to lower Starks' roughly $8.45 million salary cap hit, the team and Starks will have to agree to a new contract.
